Default My 3000 stall won't stay locked. Wtf?

Ok, I'm having inconsistant torque converter lock ups. I'm running 3000 ati lockup with a 4l60e. I'm running a 6.0 l92 setup w/comp cams .604-.617 and 224-233 on 112. It will lock up about 75 percent of the time. Whats the issue that usually causes this, when its locked its awsome and it cruises down the hwy at 2250 at 75 mph, then coasting down a hill it unlocks and won't lock back up for a couple miles, just don't understand it. Whats the key to consistant lock ups?

Misfires. False or real.

My tuner told me the same thing, its a misfire on cylinder 1. I didn't think that could be correct and still don't know.

With that cam you will record so many false misfires you pretty much have to turn misfire detection off. Misfire detection relies on a nice smooth crank rotation. Cam lope at low rpm will trigger false misfires. Your tuner should know this.
