Default A lil funny gas for the 75 LS Nova LOL

So after watching Speedtiggers and Zones videos and getting an email from Jegs for "on sale" NOS kits, I couldn't resist, it had to be fate, so I ordered a Sniper kit purge kit and bottle warmer for dads nova. If it runs 7.77 @ 5800' what should it do on a 100 & 150 shot?

You could sneak into the 6s if everything is working right on a 150 shot.

Well I seen that ad and thought the same thing! I think you can pic up a sec on a 150 shot.

Woohoo! Dope for everyone! The 150 shot will test how well your suspension is working! There will probably be air under the front tires!

Well crap! Didn't hit what I wanted and here's why forgot the extension cord for the bottle heater and and could only heat the bottle under the hood but here's how if went. First pass motor only 9.xx don't know why other than engine was cold and just wanted to get some heat in it before n2o passes. Second pass 100 shot at 750psi hit alot faster and harder than I remembered and forgot to shift into second and then again in third lol. Third pass 800ish psi went 7.43 @ 96mph. Fourth pass went 900ish psi it went 7.42 @ 96mph. Also first two n2o passes I didn't feel like they hit as hard so I popped the hood and bam n2o solenoid was leaking so bad it had icesicles hanging from it. Fifth pass turned on nitrous purged and for the life of me don't know why reached over and turned it back off and ran it on motor and went 7.81 I will never know why I did that but oh well here's to next time.

Need to check air fuel, my 150 needed the 100 fuel jets just to get air fuel to 12.0:1.

NOS is known to run super rich on their fuel jettings. combine that with a leaking nitrous solenoid...i can see some major gains with some fine tuning. get a wideband on there and start checking plugs.

how long is the sale that jegs is running?
