Arrow Best way to wire a trunk mount batter?

Moving my battery to the trunk and I've seen a few different ways of wiring it in the engine bay. Is there a best way? I've seen the main wire go strait to the starter and them to the other power cables. I've seen the cable split with a junction box and then to the starter and alternator, etc..... How did you guys do it?
