What's the best pressures to use on front and rear fir best performance?

Pressures for best tire wear?

Trying to tell my girlfriend that there are different OPTIMAL tire pressures depending in what you are doing.

32-37psi give or take.... nitrogen helps keep pressure stable, among other things.
