Default '91 S10 - LS Powered AWD Sleeper - SOLD

Year: 1991
Make: Chevrolet
Model: S-10
Price: $1
Mileage: 1
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): MI
Color: White
Transmission: Automatic
Drivetrain: 4WD & AWD

I would like to offer up for sale my '91 Chevy S10. It's powered by a cammed 5.3L LS engine, backed by a built 4L70e and stall converter and putting power down to all 4 wheels through a NP120 full time all-wheel drive transfer case. This truck launches hard and barks in 2nd gear. There are TONS of new parts, from restoration parts to swap parts. If I could buy it new, I did. I built the truck to be a somewhat of a sleeper. It's got the work truck look with the black bumper, door handles and grille. Just add your taste in wheels and tires and make this truck your own. All of the hard work is done. This truck runs and drives very strong. It still needs just a little to be perfect. Check out the list of work done and also the to do list. I am happy to discuss the details with any interested and serious buyers.

Love, Love, Love this thing. How strong are these transfer cases? Seems like this thing would be a 0-60 monster with dr's on all 4 corners.

Any interest in a trade towards xtreme in sig? If not, GLWS.

Thanks! According to Super Chevy Mag, the '07 TBSS weighs 4875 lbs and made 400 hp. My S10 should be just over 400hp and weighs in the low 3k range so I'd say the t-case should be plenty strong in this application. Plus the helical, Torsen T3, center diff is a lot more responsive than the SY/TY vsicous type t-cases. I have a idle & walk around vid i plan to upload to youtube in a day or two.

Sounds awesome and looks real good man. Good luck with the sale! If you were closer I would take this off your hands and get rid of my 99 v6 f150 as my winter car.

That was my plan! throw a turbo on this and it would just be ridiculous. I have not had it at the track. I roll raced my buddys 05 CTSV, stock, and walked him pretty good.

Any interest in a 99 F150 4x4 160k miles but runs great no issues. Green stepside tan interior. Bedliner and tonneau cover as well. Plus I would toss cash on top. Let me know via pm

Why do you even ask

Seriously, I'm betting its around the same as a late model AWD Denali or Escalade, somewhere between 10 to 15.

As to the op, I want this to look as stock as possible Do you have???

1. Rear bumper? Not a huge deal if you don't have one or the stock one is beat up.

2. Windshield wipers? Do they work?

3. Stock wheels? Will the stock wheels fit like normal, ie not sticking out of the fenders like your current wheels? I know you could get some cool wheel options on the later model S-10 Xtreme, might swap to some of those.

4. Stock hood? Does it need paint? Does it even fit now with the v8? Once again not a real big deal.

5. Has this truck been hit in the front? I noticed you hacked up the radiator core support and it looks rather wavy. Please explain.

6. Does the sunroof leak?

7. Does the a/c work?

8. Does the the heat work?

Finally, last question, where does this truck come from? I don't want an up north truck that's rusty underneath, has bondo in all the fenders/rockers, etc. It looks nice in the pics, but then again something can look nice with 200lbs of bondo and some fresh paint.

Not saying your truck is like this, but if it was driven in 22 Detroit winters its probably full of bondo. Or not, if it came from a warmer climate.

I will say I am interested, as the AWD thing makes it one cool swap.
