Anyone run 16 injectors on a Hi-Ram?
I'm running a hi-ram base with 160 Bosch injectors and the idle/part throttle sucks as does mileage (both on corn and premium). Also about to step up the engine program and come close to maxing out the 160's. I'm already at the limits of my Holley Dominator 1800 pump 1100ish on E85. So I was thinking the best case would be to run (8)60-80# injectors with fed by an 800 Holley pump (I have a Dominator controlling everything) this would allow for plenty of fuel and better manors and possibly dual fuel (separate tank for the 1800 pump with E85 or race gas and drive small pump/injectors on 91-93 pump gas). looking to make 1500-1600 flywheel with new engine.
Anyways looking for pics of 16 injector setup on a Hi-Ram(if it's been done yet)

here is a guy who did it with the edelbrock proflo http://www.yellowbullet.com/forum/sh...d.php?t=500519
holley holley high ram should be about the same.
I've been thinking about doing this too when I max out the current injectors

The ONLY reason you need 16 injectors on that setup is if you want to do two fuels.
If not pick up a set of 220lb siemen dekas, that is what I have in my fox, they drive great, get good gas mileage, and idle great. Only issue I've had is COLD startup on e98, which is just because we haven't got to play with the tune up enough yet. It starts, but just doesn't do it with turn of key on its own the 1st try like it does warm. I'll get it figured out, just honestly haven't messed with it enough.
I've also ran the FIC2000's and they start/idled fine. I was going to switch to the Moran 235's before I went to the siemens, but the Morans were back ordered almost 2 months and I couldn't wait that long.

the deka 220's are $1280, FIC2000's are $1200. Pretty much $10 per injector more for the deka's, however the Dekas flow 433cc more at static(43.5psi). Also the FIC's are High Z and the Deka 220's are Low Z..you would need and injector driver or a set of resistors to run the Dekas on a stock pcm
