Well, i've been running a three inch pipe all the way back, over the axle, with a Spintech super pro street for a little while now, and it sounds fantastic. Just the y-pipe - to the three inch over axle - to the spintech. That's it. No rasp, and bassey as hell, even with long tubes. Anyway, I decided to have an exhaust shop go ahead and weld an extension on the end of the muffler so it would look a little more professional...bad move. It sounds like total **** now. Raspy as hell, and it rattles at odd rpm. Is there any way to put a turn down on without getting all that rasp?

At any rate, I can't stand it. It makes my car sound as though I should have a mullet.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
