Default 408 vs ls1 on 150 shot

Ran a Camaro tonight on a 150 shot, he had a few mods, headers, lid, exhaust. I was actually surprised, Thought he would have pulled me, and I had a 200lbs passenger, and he was solo. Thought the ole carb motor ran pretty well.

I'm not sure on the power, but the car does pull pretty good. I was honestly surprised. I thought he would have really pulled on me steady. I would think Im about 500 at the tire give or take.

Well, hard starting can be fixed with a choke, but who cares. That's something women complain about. It has to be in the low 50s before I notice. 40 and below, yea, it takes a touch of warmin up.

This is true. I don't drive this car daily so I love the carb. Its a cool conversation starter.
