Out of State Vehicle Ower help
trying to see about the status of an Out of State vehicle and was wondering the best way to go about doing this..
Short Back story:
I transferred back to Dallas from Houston in January and noticed a pretty clean Cyber Grey C6 parked in the parking garage, well a few days ago I parked near by it and it's still in the same spot, untouched, and covered with dust (they built a new airport and have crushed up a lot of the old taxiways and tarmac) and noticed it has out of state plates... I've had a cop buddy of mine run the VIN and Plates and since they are both clean I just know it's not a stolen car. I'm just curious if this car has been abandoned for some reason or other or what.

No, it only shows that info if it's reported stolen...main reason is that a co-worker recently passed away who lives in the state this car is registered, think maybe someone would like to have it back.
