Default Help deciding on a ar?

1999 z28 with a stock bottom end lq4, custom cam, 3:42 gears, 4l80 w/ 3600 yank.. I'm going with a 78mm turbonectics bb but don't know what ar to go with .96 or 1.15? Car will be my dd and only gunna be revving the car to 6600. Will only be running 12-14 lbs on pump gas with meth.. Any info would help

what size turbine wheel !!!plays a big role to go along with the ar /ratio

I would go with the 1.15 you'll have less backpressure issues down the road.

I would not go T4 .96ar if I had a larger option on any motor over 300ci. The .96ar flows pretty good on a 4.6L ford. My 5.3L has instant spool with a 1.10ar T6 BW 475 with a 83mm turbine wheel. If I had a 6.0L I would have gotten the 1.32ar with the 96mm turbine wheel.
