Default Finally sprayed the Mustang

Pretty happy with the results.

Car is 6.0 LS3 heads, pat G cam, etc etc. Glide, 4.56 gears. Car weighs 3050# with me in it.

Ran a 6.83 on motor with a 1.56 60'

on a 100 shot it went 6.35 with a 1.44 60'

Was on 93 octane with 25 degrees timing with BR7EF plugs gapped .030

Fueling looks good, but straps look like they may be a little hot which is weird pulling 6 degrees. But it's a starting point

I am amazed that I am only a tenth slower than you on motor with that much deeper gearing. I am a touch lighter, probably 50 pounds. Where you shifting at?

You have me dead curious how mine will run now, but I'm going to a 150.

What was the mph on motor and the gas? Where the videos at? Lol

well I still think they are a lot more in his on motor just got to work that out,,, I know benji has been faster before he's just gota find the tune again. streetknight is also running a glide compared to yours turbo trans prob, .. zone you are going to have more problem's hooking yours on the nos where streetknight wont, because of the gearing diff of trans and car..

6 deg is a bunch pulling out just for 100 shot,, also I think 30 gap is too tight for just 100 shot too,, but that's just one guys opinion...

Jetting is 53/47 on big shot plate...6 psi FP flowing

And yes windmill is right...my car went mid 6.60's on motor when it had a th350 in it.

Gm figured the gearing in the rear conpensated for the Trans and has it closer to my 3.73 and th400.

Agreed on the dope tune, you are pulling the same timing and have the same gap as I do on a 150.

Sounds like you are on your way. Perhaps the Glide will show its benefits when the shot gets bigger.

Wow, that under wide could not look too much more like mine. Lol

Wish me luck, I'm 6.9 all motor, so hopefully my better than yours first gear might get me into the 5.9s that I'm looking for, but I doubt it.

There are a lot of similarities between our motors and tune ups. Our cams are almost identical.

On the same nitrous jetting (53n/47f) and with the same plugs/gap, mine ran best with 27 degrees of timing, which is also 6 degrees pulled from where mine runs best NA (33 degrees). I can't explain it either but it likes what it likes.

Our NA vs. N20 times are also similar, with yours being slightly quicker on both. Mine goes 7.0's on motor and and 6.40's on the 53/47 jetting, but our overall gains are comparable.

Do you have a pic of the plug straps that look too hot?
