My buddy has been doing the H1 and H2 dmax swaps for 9 yrs. He has a system down pat for getting it done in less than 3 weeks. The H3 come with an anemic factory motor and now can do pretty cool burnouts the shifting is almost violent with the new motors. It's a hoot even at 6000 pounds. We took a swap'd heavily modified DuraMax H1 through Wendy's and had to reach DOWN to get our food. Then lit them up. The Harley guy next to us likes it at the stop light till we passed him and poured on the coals.
