1998 motor and 4l60e into 2002 Camaro So I have a 1998 ls1 and 4l60e out of a 1998 z28, I bought the car and pulled the drivetrain for my 72 el camino ls1 swap. But now I found a 2002 z28 that is a 6 speed car with hail damage at the insurance auction. I would much rather have its drivetrain in my el camino swap. My question is how hard is it to swap the 98 motor and 4l60e into the 02 z28. Take in consideration that I have my 98 z28 as a parts car. I want to pull the 2002 motor and t56 for my el camino, but throw the 98 motor and tranny into the Camaro and keep it as a driver. I just wanna know what goes into the wiring to make it work.
