Default True Duals Setup

I'm finally getting around to changing my exhaust setup. I went with TSP 1 7/8" stainless headers, phab stainless x pipe(ebay), and dual Magnaflow 14419 mufflers. The Headers are in, and i'm waiting on the rest in the mail. I will be taking it to an exhaust shop to see if i can get it to tuck up nice and neat without sacrificing too much ground clearance.

I'll post a video in here when it gets completed (probably mid next week)

In the meantime, I was curious if anyone is using those Magnaflow mufflers in a true dual setup. Ive tried searching around and what i did find was poor sound quality. If anyone could post a video of that setup up, that would be great. If not, i'll still be posting mine shortly.

Went with the 14419s because i loved my Magnaflow catback, and the sound of it. Just curious if this setup is going to give me the deep smooth tone i'm looking for.

I got the very first set of duals from kooks when their system came out and it was freaking sexy, and talk about a show winning and sounding exhaust..yes it cost more than the tsp but it goes over the axles and makes good power..

I have the same exact setup on my 383, TSP 1 7/8" -> eBay true duals -> Magnaflow 14419s dumped. It's amazing, no sound clip. Maybe someday I'll take a clip, but it just always seems not to do it justice.

Good choice, you'll love it!

Will that x-pipe fit with bbk headers? How's clearance?

I just went to true duals, I did a 2.5 inch H pipe with Magnapacks and its awesome. It has better ground clearance than my y pipe set up had. The sound is 100% better also there is zero rasp and it has a great tone. Throttle response is also better, Im just mad I didnt go this route a long time ago. Ill try to get a few vids up soon.
