Stage 2.5 5.3 or LS6 heads, 1 7/8 headers, FAST intake, and a decent sized cam should get you there or real close. Search for similar combos on here, several threads with dyno numbers. Check Texas Speed, they have extremely affordable head and cam combos.

A better cam with the current set up and a good tune should get you 415-425 no prob... Most people with 243s, LS6 intake, decent cam, most bolt-ons and good tune are around 420ish based on what I've seen. Add a UDP and EWP and that should put you right around your goal. I don't get why people are telling you to get heads ported or get all new heads and stuff, thats much more costly than doing what I said above and will probably put you above your goal, which isn't a problem imo...

I'm guessing by your build that you are prob at 400rwhp now. How do I know? lol. But I have stock 241 heads and LS6 intake and small comp cam, pulley, I'd love to have pro ported 243's and ported Fast setup, good pro tune, to put me over the 420rwhp mark!

The possibilities here are endless, first i'd start off with no less than 3" exhaust for starters. Then sell the ls6 cam and intake. Take that $$$ and a little more and call Martin@tick to put you together a very nice streetable custom grind cam with an aluminum intake. May even consider a clean mill on the heads as well. 430whp won't be a problem. Just my thoughts..

I'd have your 243 heads CNC ported and milled ( get the compression up to around 11.0:1) by either TEA or AI (Advanced Induction) . As far as cams that's going to depend on what rpm your TC stalls at, unless you're will to go with a high stall TC. I'd recommend the Tick SNS Stage 2 cam with a 3200-3600 stall TC. You might not need to step up to a FAST intake to meet you 430rwhp goal, so I'd hold off on the FAST intake until you get it dyno tuned.
Got a few questions.
Are the Headers are long tubes?
What size injectors does it have?
Is the 2.5" exhaust a true dual setup?
What stall TC does your trans have?
Where does the air filter draw air from?
Got any photo's of the cars engine compartment?
Has it been dyno tuned ?

I would be more worried about what it traps at the track and what it runs E.T. wise than I would be a dyno number.
That said, dyno's a good for tuning, good for seeing where your power band is, and getting the car ready for the track/street.
This is especially true with automatics as they never dyno as well as a 6 speed transmission. I always tell my auto customers, whether they have a 60e, Th400, 80e or a glide to not put a lot of faith in what the dyno spits out.

First motor i built for my 200Camaro was a stock bottom end LS1 with Trick Flow 215cc head $2500 Trick Flow Cam 595/595 238/242 $350.. 92mm FAST intake & TB. Made 456 to the wheels. It was a 6 speed car though. Not sure what it would of done in a auto car
