Default Spray on the fox

Was a interesting night, the first pass was 7.2 at 97, window switch was broken, so clearly I was off by 3 mph and .3 as is. The BR7EF plugs are killing me on motor. Going to go back to a projected tip, probably a TR7. See if it picks up on motor.

Said hell with it, yanked the widow switch and ran straight to the micro switch. A couple 1.4 sixty foots, car pulls left to the wall, evidently my friends think I'm nuts for getting out and back in it so close, but when your comfortable with a car you know what it can and cannot get away with.

One pass hit my sixty foot mark, 1.37, wheels came up and after pre loadin my anti roll bar it still pulls left a touch. Went 6.4 at 105. Felt great but there is way more left. Next pass was a 1.4 at 6.5 or so. Tapped the purge and no liquid. So 4 passes and the bottle that has been sitting forever is empty.

Refilled, let it bake with the heater, get to 1000 psi and set to kill, thinking magic will happen. Passes go south, made 2 before the track closed and the big power guys are setting on the back bumper in my lane. Giving her all she has like the previous, I knock the tires off enough to hit a 1.5 60, 6.6. But trap 106.

So, I need to get familiar with mustang suspension. One of my ford guys told me i need adjustable lowers. Don't have cash for that right now. My pinion is -2, so he also suggested -4.

Had to add a quarter turn twice to the anti roll, and it should be neutral. Masking other issues. So, not happy with the time over my best but compared to 7.2, it's not that bad. Plenty more to be had.

Will post videos as soon as I can. My little brother absoluy screws up using my phone but hit fiancé and my mom got video.

No two cars are the same, I didn't run 2 passes on motor so cannot confirm, but that was going from TR6 on 89 to BR7 on 93. The camaro went 7.2 at 95 with BR7 over its 7.1 at 96 with TR6.

How much NOS? what upper and lower control arms,, if your going to buy arms id buy the team z relocated upper stuff or baseline suspension stuff.. and strange 10 way shocks will come into play soon from the pic , front end movement.

sorry just seen the video, man get that shifting down,, that poping will get a piston or headgasket quick.

The Trans is the problem, not me. I'm shifting super early and it's still not working. Might call it quits on the nitrous till I get a window switch that works or a Trans fixed/replaced.

Has adjustable uppers and non adjustable lowers. I do need the upper relocation kit to plant the tires harder.

I guess you going with 175 shot, yep I remember u said had problems with trans, the upper would be better than spending money on the lowers, if the car sets about like factory and not raised up much,, check the angle on the lower bars,, u don't need to much angle at all..

It's a 150 jetting. I'll get it right in no time, just not happy it went 7.2 all motor, so the gains were not bad but can be better. They will be.

Before was 89 on the motor, put 93 in the tank for the fuel while on the gas and the nitrous dedicated fuel tank has 107 in it. It was originally tuned for 100 octane but couldn't find any. Could probably give it a degree of timing.

Th400 with a nitrous 4500 and 3.73. A looser converter and gears would probably hit 6.7 or better all motor.

My car is pretty low, the lower bars, we made some brackets to lower the rear mounting point 1 inch, it has more holes, but thats all I need. I have 60 dollar used strange 10 ways, adjustable uppers and a anti roll. On a 275 I get 1.41s and will get better when I get the carb straight. I honestly think with no more mods than I have, I could hook on about any track. If you spend time with it, and get it right, it will work awesome. i see lots of guys give up and go to a big tire, but i just love whooping up on a big tired car, or even staying close to him.

My lowers arent adjustable, uppers are better to get 1st. I have some old used lowers that need replaced because the rubber is dry rotted in them. You can make it work decent with the stock lowers, and probably even the uppers. I just changed my uppers not long ago.

I want adjustable lowers to pull the rear foreward. Get it centered. You are absolutely right, takes time. I know I can make it work on the 26x10.5s, heck, it already did and it not right. A 1.37 ain't anything to laugh at.
