Default used 07 price?

Hey guys,

Found a local 2007 with 32k miles and the seller is firm on 24k. Bone stock

Is this a fair price? Also, do the 07s have anything different than the 06s?

Thanks

I bought my 07 Thunder Gray with 40K miles on it for 23K.
But it had a Maggie with other bolt ons.

The 06s from what I understand are similar to the 07s?

I think 24K for a bone stock is a bit High. Just my .02 cents.

I bought an 05 with 49k for $17000.00 a couple months ago. I'm not sure the 17k mile diffrence would be worth $7000.00 to me. But, it is a couple years newer also.

Last August I got my 06 with 75k miles on it. Bone stock, lady owned, new tires all around for $22k I think it was. These cars are hard to find in my area. It booked for 24k at the time. Some people said I paid too much, but I love the car and think it was worth every bit of that. 07's don't come up for sale as often as 04-05's do. I wouldn't buy an 04-05 since I prefer the LS2 engine, E67 PCM (can be modified to run e85), and the better rear end which all 06-07's have. I think the price is fair if the car is flawless.

I purchased my 07 last year with 36k miles, Magnaflow catback and 125k mile warranty (which I used to replace the entire engine for $50 out of pocket) for $30k. Totally worth the purchase to me.

Was it a Gmpp warranty or a third party?

Why did your engine blow?

Those are low miles which is holding up their asking price of 24k. Not a bad deal but I'd be happy to pay 18k for one with 3x the mileage honestly. It's a personal opinion. The things that most likely wear out due to mileage are relatively cheap to replace/upgrade. 102k on my LS2 and it runs faster than new. I'm lucky the previous owner had a new OEM crank pulley (harmonic balancer) replaced just before I bought it at 90k. They commonly develop a wobble/vibration around 100k miles.

I have a third party warranty. Engine blew due to a few rollers disintegrating into the block. Scored the block enough to warrant a full replacement. Warranty company performed a diagnostics case, but could not determine the root cause.

Coming fresh off a national search and a recent purchase of a stock 07, I can tell you to be weary of a bone stock premium, as it's going to cost you $1500 in bushings and other fixes right off the bat.
