Default computer questions

ive taken on a project that was started by someone else.
its a 72 blazer with a 2003 5.3 truck motor and trans in it. the motor and trans are in the truck but that is it. it has a lt1 intake that has a throttle cable throttle body. it has a painless wiring harness for the throttle cable throttle body. the computer is the 2003 truck computer.
can the the truck computer be programed for the throttle cable throttle body or do i need to get a different computer?
ive heard about the 2 different crank reluctor wheel tooth counts. will this be a problem if i have to get a different computer?

Post pictures of this LT1 intake on that motor, or was that a typo!! If the pcm is programmed for DBW, it would be better to get one for an older truck motor that had DBC.

im not sure why you question if its an ls1 intake, but theres the pic.

it sounds like either i need to get a different computer or get a different wiring harness and a dbw throttle pedal.
