Fuel pump mounting question
I'm doing an ls swap on my 68 camaro and am going to Run the walbro electric in line pump and corvette filter regulator. I was wondering if the pump and regulator needed to be mounted level or if they would work mounted on an angle?

You also want to do your best to mount the pump BELOW the exit point of the tank. You want gravity to help maintain fuel supply to the pump, and once it reaches the pump, it will carry the fuel up, left, right, down...wherever you need it. But you don't want to risk starving the pump by mounting it above the level of the exit point of the tank. You also should be adding a sump to the tank, or using a fuel cell. You could also try to use a modern pump/tank combo instead of the Walbro. There may be other options but these are the ones I know of.

Im using a 10 gallon cell because that's the biggest that will fit betwee the cage downtubes in the trunk. I think I payed around 250 for it with a sending unit. What kind of car are you working on?
