Default Do i have to buy seals for my engine rebuild? (quick)

i was shopping around for some rear and front cover gaskets, and i noticed there was a front and rear cover seal i could buy...is this neccessary to buy? or can i just get the gaskets?

the reason i put quick is b/c a guys is coming down saturday to help me put it together so i need to order the parts 2night so i can get them by then..thanks alot

Yes, you need the 2 seals. Dont reuse the old one and install them DRY, no oil. The selas have a teflon coating that "melts" to the crank creating a good seal.
