i have seen a bunch of cheap v bands on ebay but from experience they tend to leak and not seal well , i would recommend spending a little extra and buy something higher end.....siliconeintakes.com has cheap rubber and it actually is really nice stuff, i am making 20lbs of boost using there couplers with zero issues

funny you should ask........I found a 5" v-band (rings and clamps from racepartsolutions) in the garage today. It has the locking ring inside so it is the good one. If you want it pm me.

Coming from experience, don't go cheap on vbands. I will probably have to go back and redo mine from using some cheaper ones. I am going to try gaskets first.

Gaskets work let me tell ya haha.

My 3 inch dp vband was super thin metal but was the only one out of 4 different ebay ones that matched up with the tc7875 exit.

I tacked it in a star pattern then did tack welds all the way around it in a star pattern over about an hours time cooling it off after each one and it sat almost an 1/8 inch off the turbo flange on one side when done

Bought a 3 inch mls vband gasket off ebay for 20 bucks and it seals perfectly
