Default info e85 plugs

What plugs you guys using for e85 carbs,,, ive got a surging on mine,,, its all before 200ft out, after that runs fine,, did run a 6.52 Friday night...

anything really if you have good coil. i currently run some ngk's on 8, but made same on factory denso; but big hvc II coil.

I don't why I want to use the e85,, its cheaper and don't have to race gas to it when I use my nos...heres my pass 2 weeks ago on my 800 dp reg gas carb 1.449 4.195 6.5073 at 106mph
yesterday 2 passes
1.446 4.189 6.5033 at 106
1.447 4.188 6.5036 at 106

wonder if your needle and seat is too small?? i run 108 sec jets and had to go to the biggest holley in titanium (think 150 thou)

actually, other way round at the start. have you got jet extensions in the rear?

I think I found some of the problems,, one of my front idle bleed one was bigger than the other,, and just put the extensions back in today,,,seems to idle a lot better and smoother too. its back to the same as it was shipped out now,,, I bought it used... oh it has 150s in it..

im going to drive it tomorrow and see how it does,, prob cant tell a bunch cause it will prob spin on the road... but i will know more next sunday at the track....
