Default integra + 5.3=?

Looking for info on swapping a 5.3 into my 94 integra can't find any info on the civics floaten around.

That's gonna be a **** ton of work, but is possible. See if you can get ahold of the owner of Civette. It a EK hatch with a lsx motor, see what he had to do.

That is going to require a lot of custom fabrication....hope your and/or your wallet is ready for the task. The only one I saw in person was an Integra that had used the Honda Pilot or Odyssey rear (cant remember its been like 5 years) and the kid was using it for drifting purposes. The kid and guys that built it were mostly old school Honda heads so they knew their way around them. GL

The gentleman that built the Civette built a one off frame for everything to sit on.
There was a ton of fab work for his build.

Good luck. It would be cool to see what done but sounds like a little more than a weekend project.

Sounds like it would be easier to build the frame/engine/drivetrain, then drop the body over the frame. I did something like this some years ago with a Buick Regal frame/engine and a RX7. Your other option is to try and build everything around the body. That is generally a lot of work, but doable.

It really isn't as hard as it seems if you have the place to do it and some good mechanical ability/fabrication skills.
