how to get nitrous on launch
My set up, lnc-2000, window switch set @ 3500rpm, tps, car has a 3500 stall, I can only stall it to 2300rpm, car hooks good o motor but when I'm on nitrous it hooks good off the line but when nitrous hits about 40-50ft out it spins pretty good, I've been told that the drag radials don't like to hook and then region "something to that effect". How can I get it to hit off the line, do I need a higher stall? I have 100 shot . Thanks for any input.

I was told the same thing from alot of buddies in the past. I was talking to my tuner over the weekend and he said they had set one to 2000rpm to get a good launch before. I say lower it to 3000 and see what happens, if it don't work try 2800 and work your way to a good launch.

I would not lower the RPM. Since you have the LNC, try a progressive to slowly bring in the nitrous. Be happy it has the power to destroy tires.

If you have a 3500 stall, when the converter flashes it should put it in the rpm window. Put it at 3000 or even 2800 rpms, as long as your WOT it will be fine. Ive ran a stock stall car on nothing more than a Wot switch and an rpm cutoff (to keep from spraying through the shifts). Try to leave off idle or around 1000 rpms and really get the converter to work, some times footbraking up to as much as it will hold, will kill your 60ft's and not allow your converter to work the way its suppose to.
