Car made 1300hp, apparently they found a blown coupler after the run. BUT no one knows when it occured. All anyone can do at this point is speculate. I just saw this comment and thought about every GTR thread on here, how hitman chimes in. The Lsx rx7 in that video traps in the 150s but had a fucked trans apparently look how that went down. Don't know what a 1300hp GTR would trap but that night the MR2 cleaned house.

That black GTR that raced the MR2 is a serious ******* car. I definitely believe it wasn't at 100%. Having said that, the MR2 is by far my favorite Honda powered vehicle ever. That's a bad bitch.

Jasons GTR was definitely not 100% lol. It wouldnt have been a blowout like that for sure, but a much closer race.

+1 on the GTR not being up to snuff. I personally saw him SMASH my buddies 150~ mph LS3/250 Shot 280z at TX2K, I would love to see a rematch of the MR2 and GTR, word has it the MR2 will be at TX2K next year so I'm sure we'll see it happen.
Fast forward to 1:25 for what I was referring to... I saw the GTR trap 169 two days later so it's a legit fast ******* car.

I agree to some extent, even though I've never met, or talked to "TheHitman". I have never met a group of bigger douche-bag liars until the last airstrip race I went to where there were like 20 GTR's.
