I just want people to be aware of the scam this person Adam Parsons which goes by the username "GreenBlood55"

In short story and you can read my email to PayPal. Mr. Parsons bought my turbo kit. Two days after getting it he decides to sell it due to "personal reasons" 5 days after he post his for sale thread he makes a dispute with PayPal saying my ad was misleading and not correct turbo. PayPal gives him his money back and comes after me for the money and request Adam to send turbo kit back. He sends only Cold piping and intercooler back which was damage. I made a appeal to PayPal, which they now still favor Adam and tell me I have to go after him in legal and PayPal wants their money from me!!!!

My email below is what I sent PayPal!!!!!

Hello Paypal,

My name is David Nunes and I have a open case #PP-002-582-289-543

I am submitting addlt' information for the case.

Below is a link with my "For Sale Ad" that Adam seen this product for sale. Take a close look at my ad and how I listed everything for sale that he disputed was "MISLEADING"

https://ls1tech.com/forums/parts-cla...lete-sold.html

Now below is his "For Sale Ad" two days after getting the Turbo kit stating he is selling for "Personal Reasons" then 5 days after he posted it for sale He makes a claim with PayPal. BUT look at how his ad is setup to sell to others...Does it seem "MISLEADING" funny how he copy and pasted my details from my for sale thread and used my pics. But it was misleading for me to sell it like that to him but yet perfectly ok for him to MISLEAD OTHERS right!!!!

https://ls1tech.com/forums/parts-cla...turbo-kit.html

Date of events:

Turbo Kit Shipped Aug 24th, 2013

Turbo Kit Recieved Aug 31st, 2013

Buyer Re-List Turbo Kit for sale stating "FOR PERSONAL REASONS" Sep 2nd, 2013

Buyer Makes PayPal Claim Sep 7th, 2013 ( 7 days afters getting turbo kit and having it re-listed for sale for 5 days prior to making paypal claim)

To me looks like Buyers Remorse!!!

Ok so here is more information I would like to submit after the fact that PayPal made a judgement call and favored the buyer and to have him ship product back.

When I shipped product out it weighed 137lbs.

This is a pic of the product of what I shipped the Buyer

That is pretty f*cked up on that guys part. Total scum bag and complete ********. Stuff like this makes it hard to make a sale through LS1Tech.

Also makes me worry about any transactions that I do through PayPal now. Sorry to hear about this inconvenience and hope you get your stuff back.

Ive heard of things like this before..paypal only protects the buyer, not the seller at all. They don't ever accuse a buyer of commiting any kind of fraud. Like that wouldnt happen in a world........ idiots

Have to be careful when dealing with PayPal. I never leave money in my PayPal account. That's a big no no. For big purchases like that you have to record non stop from packing to shipment.

That sucks. What a loser.
I sold a boat a while back on eBay and was way nervous about the guy going after me. He paid with paypal and had it shipped from Iowa to Washington. 100 miles from his house I guess the trailer broke and had to be roped together to get it there. The drivers seat/cooler came loose, the drain plugs were no longer in it, and (this is my fault) there was a $20 gas grill that was in the pictures that didnt get sent along. I held on to the money until it was past the time limit to go back on me, I would of been pissed if he decided it wasnt what he wanted.
You will have to join about every forum and go off about the guy, hopefully that would make it harder for him to do it to others. Hope you can get it straightened out.

Before PayPal takes the money from you remove your banking info or close your account so they can't get the money from you. When even I use pp I remove my banking info right after I'm done bc I don't trust the ***********. It's a pain in the *** but it's worth the time. Good luck with your case
