I'm doing a 6 speed swap on my 97 LT1. I have a t56 harness and my original auto pcm. Will the auto pcm work with the t56 harness or will I have problems before getting it tuned to an m6???

I'm doing the swap on base at a hobby shop so I need the car driveable with as little downtime as possible at least for the swap itself. I just need to be able to drive the car out of the shop and to the parking lot like 1/2mile away.

No, the ECM needs to be tuned first. It wont know if it's in Park/Neutral to start either. You'll need a clutch switch or just bypass all of that in the tune.
