Default Where to purchase LS2 engine?

Hey guys, i have a 2000 ss camaro and was looking to upgrade my ls1 motor to an ls2 and was just curious on where a good place was to find/buy the motor from. I've searched ebay and craigslist some but i'm just not sure what is a good price really for the motor. I'm leaning more towards a crate motor since it will be my dd car. I just figured that a gm dealer pricing would probably be higher and didn't know if anyone had suggestions on where i could get a good deal on a crate engine. If i had to buy a pulled motor i would like to stay under 50,000 miles but maybe someone could tell me what would be a good pricing range for an ls2 with that mileage or less. thanks again.

Get a crate ls3 from summit and a conversion kit from linginfelter for another 280. For some reason everyone thinks that their used motor is worth retail price. This is beyond me. I will be doing the same. They can sit on their motor till it seizes! I can send you links in pm if you want.
