Cool VR C6Z - Stage II heads/cam, Whipple, 5 psi...

Intimidate: to make timid or fearful: frighten; especially: to compel or deter by or as if by threats <tried to intimidate a witness> See: Vengeance Racing C6 Z06.

Engine:
Vengeance Racing Camshaft Kit PLUS
Vengeance Racing Stage II CNC LS7 Cylinder Heads (unmilled)
Nick Williams 102mm throttle body
160-degree thermostat

Supercharger:
Whipple 2.9L supercharger
Pullied for 5 pounds of boost

Fuel:
Fore Innovations triple in-tank fuel system

Exhaust:
Pfadt 1 7/8-inch long-tube headers with a catted X-pipe
B&B Fusion cat-back exhaust
Dual DMH electric cutouts

Drivetrain/Suspension:
RPS triple disc carbon fiber clutch
Adjustable coil-overs
Pfadt sway bars

Results:
On just 5 pounds of boost, with the stock rotating assembly still in place, this intimidating C6Z put down 701-rwhp and 606 lb-ft of torque using 93-octane pump gas and just 14-degrees of total timing. Of course, if you saw that Fore triple in-tank fuel system and RPS triple disc carbon clutch, you know that we've got something else up our sleeve... Next time

That is the plan, RHS Block and turn the boost up to about 15 to 18 psi and shoot for 800 to 850 at the wheels. The fuel system and clutch are ready for more.

Detoxx, Pumps are Walbro 340s... We are using the Fore Innovations system that has a fuel pump controller. This controller allows us to run a single pump ( or dual pumps) while under normal driving conditions, then kicks on the 2nd and 3rd pumps when under boost.

More info on the Fore system can be found here:

http://vengeanceracing.net/index.php...rn-system.html

We just ordered a set of 360 Forged Concave wheels with 345 DRs on the back in an attempt to get some traction... Within the next few months we will drop in an RHS 427/pulley down the Whipple and add a methanol injection system. We will be sure to keep everyone updated
