Default power loss from LT to ST headers

any idea how much power i will lose if i end up buying short tubes over long tubes? its an lq9 .020 over with ls3 top end and custom pat g cam. aiming for 450-500whp and its going into my 95 4x4 gmc truck. or does anyone have an idea of what long tube headers will fit the swap?

on a cammed 6.0 with decent heads you stand to lose a lot, check the conversion/hybrid section...can't be that hard to find truck headers that fit or can be made to fit easily

I could be wrong but chances of hitting 450rwhp with shorties are slim to none IMO and in a 4x4 truck you would be doing good to get over 400rwhp if it's an auto with even mildly large tires
