I had him build a stock 60e for my Tahoe. The day after I picked it up trans fluid leaked all over my driveway. After 8 months it started slipping. Its up to you...just my experience.

Stock 4l80 will hold a fair amount of power.. I wouldn't need all the billet parts... Just calling a few shops for a quote and haven't seen anything less than 2 grand... Really I would need just upgraded clutches and a shift kit... Anybody know a guy that does the work on the side.. it will be a bench job

I've called a few shops this morning... One shop would build it for no more than 2200, another was 1900, and another one was 2500-3000 with 2yr/24kmiles warranty

Well I went by you and your bro advice last time I needed a trans built lol... Needless to say it couldn't handle my driving habits.. 2500 and 2 4l60s later I went to a th400 lol and now I'm gun shy on getting a trans built
I know things break when racing but I just want a transmission tto last longer than 3 to 4 passes and 250 miles lol
