swap out stock 98 Z spoiler for Stock SS spoiler Who puts foam under the two center braces on the high rise stock SS spoiler ? How thick is it ? Like Mouse pad thick or do you lay it up and see what you will need. Don't want it to contact painted surface of trunk or to vibrate. Thanks for any insight on this. Not in any big hurry paint is curing on fresh painted spoiler and till I can detail trunk under oem Z spoiler. Thanks Gals & Guys.

Was thinking the 3M mite be used did your tape have a 1/16 or 1/8 thick gray foam attached to it. There is a little raised lip that outlines the pillars so if I used just the tape it would not contact the trunk deck?
