that was the plan, but it didn't work. that's why i'm posting the vid now.
The dealer found another vid of the car running 10s, it also has a 9" in the rear. they said keep it moving

The typical 700whp shelby stuff, stock blower, pulley, throttle body, intake, exhaust, tune.

Yes,i remember mentioning dropping the cradle for headers, i don't know who tuned it. I didn't get into that much details. but from I heard, they plugs didn't show signs of detonation when they took them out, the rod just came out the side.

Good amount of GT500's running with even more power than that safely.
Looks like it went lean in the upper rpm range. I'd question the tune. IMO

He overrevved the **** out of the car. I shift mine at 6200rpm no matter what with the stock bottom end. RPM is what kills these stock motors with mods.

How do you "drive it like you hate it" shifting at 6200? LOL jk
Regardless, the tune should have a Rev Limit setting which should have protected it from excessive rpms. I always attributed putting a rod thought the block related to detonation.

My rev limiter is set to 6600rpm. I dont like pushing it. I don't drive it like I hate it. Try to take care of it. Pulls just fine to 6200
