Default 3M Protective paint wrap for shop repairs

A few years ago there was a guy on here who was building a LS blazer that was almost new at the time. think it was philntx

The vehicle was completely wrapped in a blue plastic I swear was 3m and it was directly adhered or static cling to the panels to prevent scratches while in the shop being worked on. I have also seen it on a few OE GM vehicles back in the days of the john moss skunkworks.

Does anybody have a clue what it is or where it could be found at. I've looked but cant seem to find a thing.
