Default idle issues need ideas

first off if this is the wrong area forgive me, anyways, I have a 2000 Camaro ss, when the car is cold theres no problem, once the car warms up coming to a stoplight where I idle for a while, I can feel a shudder, or comparing to what ive felt in the past maybe a misfire, not constant, its kinda random when it happens but a little shudder that you can feel in the brake pedal and steering wheel, also you can hear it in the exhaust note like a puh puhpuh puh puh pretty quiet nothing like a shotgun backfire sounding thing, ive changed the plugs and wires, and it didn't change anything, I thought it might be the egr maybe was stuck open, but I cleaned that and that didn't change anything either, I need some other direction to go or help if anyone thinks this sounds familiar

Mine's had an idle "hiccup" since it rolled off the lot,
seems to be common and benign. Poly motor mounts
made it more feel-able in the cabin rather than just
letting the motor jiggle by itself. If this is all it is, then
fuggedaboudit.

I chalk it up to the closed loop proportional fueling
swinging out into the weeds every so often, but
that's just a theory.
