NGK TR6 gapped .045 would be a great starting point.

I would like to see your combo. I have run Tr5, Tr6 and Br7 on the street. If the tune is clean, they all stay clean. But, in general, the hotter plugs (Tr5) will stay cleaner. It just depends on your combo. I think most mild builds with 10:1 or less will do great with the Tr5 plugs. As the compression ratio and HP rises, you might migrate to the Tr6.

I run tr55's out of the box in my lq9/ls3 combo. 10.48 cr and it seems to run ok. Im still on the rich side with the carb tune but its alright on motor.

After a hundred miles on my LS3, the TR6s look like I just pulled them out of the box. My dynamic compression is sky high for pump gas and the TR6s seem to be holding detonation in check so far.

Those cam specs look
nice! Does it work good and sound good? I'm looking at cams in that same range.
