For road racing what pan would control oil best, the F body with a Improved Racing baffle or the non bat wing Corvette pan?

In what car? Pans fit some cars well, not others. I have a batwing in mine-direct drop in, but I'm the oddball here. Most people with 2nd gen F-bodies use 4th gen f-body or "musclecar" oil pans.

Lots of guys use oil accumulators as well.

It's in a third gen I can fit either one, but I can't fit the bat wing version.

I have heard complaints from c6 owners of oil starvation. Since you can't fit the batwing, I think the better choice would be the baffled pan, unless someone makes a baffle for the c6 pan.

ImprovedRacing

The baffled F-Body pan will perform better than the C6 pan. However, we are working on a trap door baffle and windage tray combo for the C6 pan that will be available soon.
