Default Quick dual 255 question.

I was reading online some of the places say to use a magnetic wrap or something along those lines when running two pumps. I heard that the pumps short them self's out do to the magnets in the pumps. Ive see a few right ups with out anything but I just wanted to check because I dont wanna pull this damm tank out again

That's the first time I've heard of that..

Usually people run a spacer made out of an extra couple inches of fuel hose.. And sandwich it between the pumps, but the magnetic wrap is news to me.
