Default MIL light sugestions?

I can't believe PSI doesn't sell MIL lights.

Does anyone have any cool suggestions on LED's and were to get them?

eBay blue led with a 5k ohm resistor in series. It will glow dim when running and very. Bright if there is a code set and before cranking.

Radio Shack has a lot of LED options. My local PepBoys has a pretty decent selection of LEDs with pigtails as well.

My car had incandescent bulbs for the "idiot lights". Autometer bulb sockets for their gauges fit the factory holes nicely so I just popped in 1 of those and retained the stock "check engine" system.

Pretty sure the computer controls the ground for the MIL so keep that in mind when doing the wiring.

Try Detroit Speed. The have very small and very bright LEDS......very unobtrusive in your dash. You can hardly tell they are there, until they light up....

Default Mil light

I used a red led light from autozone, its about 3/8" diameter dome with a chrome ring that holds it in place. Looks good to me.
