Was up peeps I'm building a twin turbo 6.0 into a foxbody

I'm choosing to do log turbo manifolds but never build a pair so if anyone has any suggestions on the best FLANGE an best pipe size an where to get the pipe

Just in case the size of the turbo matters they are a pair of on3s 70mm turbos

Modify a set of manifolds. Cut them at the last primary and weld a piece of straight tubing there.

Dont bother building a set. Grab some truck manifolds and hack off the old flanges, weld on a set of V bands. Its simple. I went the log manifold route because the truck style didnt work in my 3rd gen. It was quite a bit of work. If you're set on making them, I used sch. 10 1.5" pipes and 2" logs of sch. 10 as well. A 2.25" v band butt welds perfectly to the 2"

Also take a look at Huron speed's new cheapish stainless truck log replicas. Might be easier to use as a base for modifying ?

Log manifold is not going to match the flow of a GM engineered manifold. Take advantage of the CAE that went into them.
