What would you take for just the short block and heads? No intake ecu or headers

It is either 6200 or 6400 can't remember. Either way it has right at 6000 miles on it. I put it together myself. A guy named Stan Brown did the machine work for me but I built it.

I want to keep it together right now. The tune is setup for the way the motor sits now. If someone bought the long block first then I would sell the intake and rails but until then I want to keep it together.

Can you prove the mileage? Some paperwork or build sheet? Could you take off a valve cover to show the valves. With only 6,000 on the motor the valves should be pretty clean and new I gather.
