CNC'ed Chambers
CNC'ed F1 Quality Newen Valvejob
Milled to required chamber volume & Ra finish
Intake Manifold, Exhaust, & Valve Cover Flanges Milled to New Surface Finish Specs
Clean & Precision Backcut & Re-Grind Stock GM Valves
Pressure Test & Complete hand De-Burring
Installed PSI MaxLife Beehive Springs
The heads are assembled and ready to be bolted on but doesn't not come with rockers.

I have for sale a used set of Ai CNC'ed Heads with about 3500 miles on them. Going a different route so i will let them go for $1100 shipped. heads are on the car and will be removed this weekend but will have some pictures up tomorrow.

Believe they are 226cc heads. Not that it matters. I'm about to send my 243's in to Phil at AI for the same thing. I'm going with the BTR dual springs/Ti retainers though. The head work without springs is $995 (you provide the heads). The springs are extra. Their Heads/Cam package with the above listed springs is $1750+.
Can I ask what size headers you are running? 1 3/4" or 1 7/8"?
I'm gonna run an LS6 intake with ported TB. A 224/236~ 115lsa cam from AI.
I'm hoping for close to 450rwhp. Most are saying low 400s. yet I see your build! Is that cam that much better or is it the intake setup that put you into the 500s????

honestly i do believe that the combination of the ported fast 90 and the 90 TPIS TB and the vararam intake worked really well along with the cam spec's. It's like we got ever bit of HP out of what each individual part claim which is unusually.
