2007 6.2L Yukon Denali into a 2008 5.3L Avalanche There was almost an exact swap for this on here a couple years ago, however it's never been updated.. I've been doing a lot of searching a reading, but I'm unable to find some of these basic questions.
Anyway, couple of beginning questions:
1. The 6.2L comes with harness and ECM should I swap those into my Avalanche or just use the 6.2L harness and reprogram the 5.3L ECM
2. The Avalanche has a 4L60E will I need to swap to a 6L80 or is there a way to "program around this"?
3. Will a 6L80 bolt up to the transfer case in my avalanche? Or would I need to find some Escalade parts to make that work?
