Default G5X1 or G5X2 in an a4 car

I am pretty impressed with the cams that have just came out recently from LG and eastside. I notice that all these cams are being installed on m6 cars though. Has anyone had one of these installed in an a4 car yet.

Im in the process of narrowing down my cam choice, right now im on stock heads. It will more than likely be the G5X1 or 2 from LG or the eastside package.

I do ls1edit to tune so getting it to idle shouldnt be to big of a chore. Just wanted to get some feedback if anyone has had experience with these "big" cams in a4's yet.

Thanks

We just did an A4 with the G5X-2 heads/cam package. The car had LS1 heads, a 4400 stall, and a 12-bolt with 4.10's. With the converter locked it put down ~434RWHP, ~402RWTQ.

So would you recomend the G5X1 or 2 for a stock headed car?

Ive heard the clips of the G5X2 from rageman and I I love the way the car sounds.

Thanks

Both work very will in a stock headed car. Tuning is a vital portion of drivability. Stall will come into play as well. Explain your goals with the car and feel free to take it to email if you would like

Although I have an M6, I had zero driveability problems with my G5X1 untuned.
