Default craigslist cam swap

So I was doing my daily run through craigslist and found this
http://houston.craigslist.org/pts/4225674098.html
Cam swap for 1600 doesn't sound bad- anyone heard of this guy? He's basically in my back yard is why I ask.

Never heard oh him. Any reason why you dont opt to do it yourself? I had no idea what i was doing my first time but i just followed the instructions on LS1howto.com and double checked everything. Super easy to follow, ive done four now. Just curious, but anyways thats a decent price all in all.

Worst case call him up and ask for some references of others you can call that he has done work for. He may not be known, but doesnt necessarily mean hes not good.

Look at his facebook page, looks like he just opened his shop sometime in early November. Looks to have a few cars in there but appears to only be one guy. Not a bad thing, just proceed with caution and actually check references.

His phone number comes up back in '08 on LSXnation offering car detailing work and a few other things.

Just realized he is NemeSS. Very well known senior member on here. That would relieve any hesitation I might have.

Can vouch for Carlos. I do my own work on my car, but I know full well he is a VERY capable mechanic who has built countless LS engine, let alone just a simple cam swap. Hell even his garage has motors all over, it's like a giant LS storage room

I've Bought tons of parts from him. Stand up guy. I don't know him, but every time I go to his house for parts we talk for an hour or so. He knows his Sh...stuff. I do full engine and turbo builds and I always agree with what he says. I would Trust him 110% Just talk to him, you will see what I'm talking about.

Meh, he is alright, he just talks too much. Lol

Every time we hang out we waste half the day talking about car crap.
