Default NX Express Customer service update

So I had a thread about an inconsistency issue with my NX System. Garrett said he would take care of it and 3 days later....they did. The old sytem seemed to be limiting the spray no matter what jet was put it in it.

NX sent me an updated Proton Plus system with new jets. The results were immediate. Faster on the 100 shot and finally got to spray the 150 shot.

11.50 on the 100 shot
11.25 on the 150 shot. Stock heads, block, intake and cam. Not shooting off the line (10bolt). The 150 shot the car is losing traction on the big end so I still haven't made a full pass yet, but when it does....

Thanks again. Great customer service!!

I second that....NX supported me in the early days of NMRA drag radial and the customer support/technical support was 2nd to none..... I came in as a new guy needing help and they custom built a system to meet the rules and even had technical support guy I could talk to at most of the events if needed.... Spraying 300-600 through plate can get a little tricky....

I agree with all the above. I had issues with my NX kit a while back, and they went above and beyond to help me figure it out. Simply awesome customer service I must say!!

Yeah I agree with all of this ^^^^

I had a simple question about mine and after talking to them they knew exactly what was wrong. No waiting or anything. Now it's so consistent it's crazy. Now to tune the shift points, get smaller tires, take out a little more weight and hold on. Already had 2 buddies buy kits like mine after seeing my results. When I decide to go to a different nitrous setup, it'll definitely be with NX again.

I've been on the fence about nitrous, but definitely interested in something smaller/compact like this. Going to enjoy my N/A setup for the summer, but next winter I will see what I am feeling..

It's alot of fun, is only there when you need it, and the car will really pick up! Give me a call when your ready and I'll get you set up!

+1 ^^

A LOT of pickup plus I still get 23 mpg and drive it everyday 40 miles back and forth to work. It's a clean install too.

Yep, and it's kind fun being able to race a wider variety of cars since you can chose n/a or n20 with a flip of the switch

Hard to believe it spun on the big end. did you have a witness to this ? If it felt like spining but it wasn't look into the convertor. normally cars don't spin on theb ig end until the 150+ area more like 170 for us.

Yeah, you can see it in a couple other videos that buddies of mine shot. There are two big bumps in the track about 150' from the finish. The left lane is worse than the right lane. They only run 1/8th mile races on this track and never 1/4 mile so the big end gets no prep and you just have to deal with the bumps I guess. The *** of my car jumps to the right hard in the left lane after I hit the bump. Only during grudge and test and tune can you run 1/4 mile.

On the 100 shot it's not as bad so I just keep my foot in it. On the 150 shot it jumps out a couple of feet really quick. I'm thinking I can fix that with suspension adjustments though.
