What kind of material are these made of? Stainless? Ceramic Coated steel? Painted steel? Any idea?

I'd be interested if I knew brand/collector size.

Any rust spots?
Can I fit my 02's in the bungs without getting extensions/modifying the bungs?

Headers are sold. Y pipe still available.
