Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus. There are still barn trucks out there to be had for an affordable price.

My buddy just got this from a local farmer who bought it in 1972 and it has been stored inside since then.

He is in planning stage of where to go with it. Definitely NOT gonna paint it. Likely a turbo 5.3L 4L80e Camaro rear Mustang II front end.

Reminds me of Tow Mater curves. I think there was some kind of feed bag sitting on front bumper to make it rust through there. The cab corners and floors are solid as a rock. Interesting thing I learned was that these trucks have metal bed floors and not wood like the GM trucks. I like the fact that the spare tire is not cut out on the fender either. Makes it cleaner look.
