Default spray on a jegs converter

Got a jegs 2700rpm stall behind a 5.3 with a th350 trans in a light 91 s10. No anti ballooning plate it was a cheapy its all I cud afford I only need it to last 1 season and not even 1000miles. I was wondering what u guys think the Max amount of spray on this converter wud be. Iv seen people spray 150 with great reliability on a stock converter some even do 200 but that's defiantly borrowed time.

Thanks

Bears

No cam in the 5.3? A 100-150 will last a long time.

I would spray my 2216 of it was my competition car, but it's not. That cam and a 100 shot will live for a while I think.

The atomic kits are pretty sweet. If I didn't need to get a new Trans that I want for over 2k I would probably try it.

The oil pump sits right in front of the camshaft, there is no other way of getting the cam out of the block.

The oil pump doesn't have to be removed. It sits on the crank snout

your right you dont... but it makes it A LOT EASIER to line up the timing marks ont he timing set and you should replace timing chain and oil pump while your in there for the extra insurance
