Default E85 and ~1000whp

I'm doing a turbo 5.3 in my car and I'm upgrading the fueling to be overkill. Currently I already have waiting to install, a Aeromotive stealth 340 pump and the appropriate racetronix hotwire kit for that pump, an aeromotive regulator, and I'm thinking I'm gonna need to go to a 8an feed and 6an return.

I'll probably have to add a second 340 pump and hotwire harness, right? Any links to fuel line stuff I'll need or any other misc stuff I'll need? Any suggestions for big injectors? I know for e85 I need special fuel lines, would I need different lines in tank for the pumps also?

Yeah two 340 pumps for sure 8AN feed and 6AN return. Btw the racetronix pumps are the same thing as the aeromotive and their like 60 cheaper each if I remember right. I just ordered a fuel system for the same goals two days ago. You can get everything you need from racetronix I think I spent around 1100 without fuel rails and injectors. They make a universal dual relay harness that works for dual pumps and you can piece it all together online. They have top notch customer service Btw.

Did you get special lines for using e85? I have their single harness for the 340, is the dual harness just two of those?

Yes they sell the line you need. It's Teflon coated. Not sure as iv never had a single harness. You can see the picture of it on their website. You completely bypass all the stock wiring and all you use is the pcm trigger wire to trigger the relays. Or you can use the pcm to trigger one relay and a hobs switch to trigger the other.

A few guys I know have and a few have had issues well below these numbers. It seems they are hit or miss. Theres a few google finds that show these have been pushed into the high numbers and some fail very early on.
